Our team are dedicated to provide person centred care to all our residents and fit in with out family ethos.
Tracie Birchenough- Registered Manager
Tracie Joined the Laureston team in 1996 and worked her way up to become manager in 2017. Tracie loves to be able to provide a home from home for all her residents. In 2022 Tracie won the Registered manager award from 'The Kent care awards'.
Tracie enjoys caravanning and holidays in her spare time.
Stacey Reed- Assistant Manager
Stacey has been at Laureston since 2005 when she started her work experience from school. Stacey has worked her way up and has just finished completing her Level 5.
In stacey's spare time she enjoys days out with her children and afternoon tea.
Lucy Kent- Head Senior
Lucy started her social care career with us in 2016 and become a senior in 2021 after completing her NVQ3. Lucy became head senior in 2023. In 2023 Lucy was shortlisted for 'the rising star award' at 'The kent care awards'
Lucy enjoys the small things in life- cake, cider and being with her loved ones.
Donna Allen- Senior
Donna joined us in 2021 and is our newest senior. Donna is half way through her level 3 qualification and is an asset to our team.
In Donna's spare time she enjoys duvet days, meeting friends but most importantly spending time with her children and fur babies.
Leeanne Carter- Medication Supervisor
Leeanne is one of our longest serving members of the team starting Laureston in 2005. Leeanne has a level 3 qualification and is part of the senior team.
Leeanne enjoys spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is also loves pink Gin.
Lee Hayward- Senior
Lee joined our team in 2011 completing his Level 3 to become part of the senior team. Lee often brings lots of fun and banter to the home.
Lee enjoys seeing his family and gaming in his spare time.
Nicoleta Avadanei- Activities co-ordinator
Niki Is our activity coordinator who started with us in 2023. Niki has been working with children for 8 years foscusing on arts and crafts, sport activities and languages. Niki joined our team to challenge herself with a different client age group.
Niki loves everthing working here, the staff and the residents.
In Niki's spare time she loves to travel and read. Niki also loves the theatre and outside activities.
Amy Mitchell- Care Assistant
Amy started her journey with Laureston house last September as activities coordinator and from December she carried on her journey but as a carer having never worked been in the industry before . Amy is currently completing her NVQ level 3.
In Amy’s spare time she likes the simple things coffee, pj's and spending days out with her friends and family 😊
Paige Exton- Care assistant
Paige is one of our newest members of our team she joined in January after her previous home closed down. Paige has settled into our home like she has worked here for years.
In Paige’s spare time she enjoys hiking , singing and general family time ❤️
Petrina Lawrence- Care assistant
Trini joined our team in 2022, she has become a crucial member of our team. She brightens our day with her cheery smile.
In trini’s spare time she enjoys dancing and spending time with her family
Lisa Price- Care assistant
Lisa Joined Laureston in 2019 and has a level 3 qualification. Lisa is one of our amazing night team. She is a dedicated member of our team.
In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys Baking cooking and enjoying family time.
Samantha Burgess- Care Assistant
Sam started working at laureston in december 2008 and worked in house doing her level 2 qualification.
In Sam’s spare time she enjoys looking after her niece.Spending time with family and friends, going on walks and lunches out.
